This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for DreamAndScale clarity sessions, self-paced program access, and mentor-supported options.
The ₹199 Clarity Session is a live discovery session. Once a seat is booked, refunds may not be available if you miss the session or cancel too close to the scheduled time.
If DreamAndScale cancels or reschedules a session and you cannot attend the new time, we may offer a refund or alternate session access.
Refund eligibility for the self-paced program may depend on whether access has been granted, lessons have been consumed, or downloadable materials have been provided.
Because digital learning content can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited once program access begins.
For mentor-supported access, refunds may be limited once mentor sessions, review time, or live support has started.
To request a refund review, email hello@dreamandscale.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.
DreamAndScale reserves the right to review refund requests case by case, especially in cases of duplicate payment, technical access issues, or exceptional circumstances.
